  • A request to Controllers or Processors acting upon the instruction of Operator is made in free form, but should necessarily contain the following information: information about the person who applied (last name, first name, patronymic (if any); contact information - e-mail address or postal address; list of personal data, the processing of which is subject to termination.
  • In the event that the subject of personal data or his (her) representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, Controllers or Processors acting upon the instruction of Operator shall have the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11, part 1 of Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated 27 July 2006.
